Blue Diamond Parts was a joint venture between Navistar and Ford Motor Company.

THE CHALLENGE

Assist Ford dealerships market the advantage of purchasing genuine Motorcraft parts to their customers (fleet owners).

THE FOCUS

Develop yearly marketing material campaign kit to be distributed to dealerships and used to support their marketing efforts. We visited dealerships to understand their space, talked to parts managers, and recommended the types of materials to include in the kit. The campaign included ceiling hangers, banners, posters, window clings, floor mats, oil stickers, counter displays, and mats.

THE RESULTS

Each year, the campaign kit items were modified or reconceptualized based on feedback from the Parts Department and the change in the focus of the parts. The companies achieved success in this multi-year campaign. Elite was recognized for championing this profitable joint venture for Ford and Navistar.
