This was the challenge facing clients in the NUTRITION DIVISION of their company.
Initially, the client asked for a single presentation slide to show all available tools which sales reps could print locally as necessary. But, when we looked at the volume of available tools we realized there were too many for that solution to work.
We suggested utilizing a poster format for the tools. The client LOVED the idea asking if it could be interactive allowing sales rep to drill down deeper on descriptions and download pieces on demand.

The dashboard features user-friendly navigation tabs organized by segment. The main page of each tab displays all approved assets allowing reps to see all available tools at a glance with easy access to brief descriptions of each tool.
Features allow the rep to click on a thumbnail to take them to a detail page where they can access key takeaways, learn more about the tool, or download it as a leave-behind.
The interactive PDF format makes QUARTERLY updates easy which is important since tools are being updated or created every week.
Each dashboard update is announced in an HTML-formatted email which includes links to the dashboard and new FEATURED ITEMS.
Our client can easily track downloads while gaining insights into the tools reps utilize the most helping to inform decisions on UPDATES and NEXT GENERATION tool development.
